Since early child hood my hair has always been very straight. In fact, it refused to curl at all. For my high school prom, the hair stylist used approximately 230 bobby pins to pin the curls! Then I got pregnant and had my son. Three months after his birth my hair began to fall out – NO ONE WARNED ME OF THIS!! Anyway, it eventually began to grow back and it’s completely different. Different texture, different color, different type – it’s CURLY!! It’s awful. The mornings when I’m in a rush and have to try to tame the curly parts with a brush are the worst. This is why I would LOVE a flat iron! I’ve got to have something to manage these weirdo side curls. 🙂 Go check it out for your chance to win! Ends November 2nd, 2011.

When I was pregnant, I was pretty damn naive when it came to stretch mark prevention and post partum care. Let me tell you, that hit me like a ton of bricks. I wish someone would have told me about The Spoiled Mama and their huge selection of body products for your pregnant body!! My cousin-in-law is pregnant with her first and I’d love to get her one of the gift baskets available on the website. So go check it out for a chance to win a $75 gift certificate. This could be an amazing gift for yourself or a pregnant friend! Ends November 2nd, 2011.

The best part of being pregnant was not having a period. Too bad that doesn’t last. The least you can do is at least make that time of the month less annoying and more comfortable. That’s where Playtex comes in, the only brand of tampons I use. Win a box of Playtex Gentle Glide Multi-Packs and a box of the Playtex Gentle Glide Ultra Absorbency! Ends October 16th 2011.

Win a $30 Dove Hair Care prize package! Two winners! I love Dove. They’re all I use for shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant. As someone with extremely sensitive skin (and psoriasis), their products never cause any irritation. Plus the hair products leave my hair silky smooth and shiny without looking “gross and greasy” shiny. Totally important you know.
